Configuration
Notifications (email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Gotify)
Choose which events notify your team and connect Slack, Discord, Telegram or Gotify. Email alerts go to workspace owners and admins.
Notification settings are on the Billing page (admins and owners).
Events
Notification preferences (all on by default):

| Deploy succeeded | A deployment finishes successfully |
| Deploy failed | A deployed container fails to start or keeps crashing |
| AI suggestion ready | An AI fix suggestion is available |
| Billing alerts | Usage and billing changes, e.g. RAM at 80% or 100% of the allowance |
Build errors (failed clone or build) show on the project's Deployments tab and may not send a "Deploy failed" message. Each enabled event goes to every connected channel plus email.
Event emails go to the workspace's owners and admins only. Payment problems (failed payment, reminders, apps stopped for billing) are always emailed to them.

Saved secrets aren't shown again; use Replace to change them, or disconnect.
Not receiving notifications?
- Check the event is on.
- Check the Slack/Discord webhook still exists and the Telegram bot is still in the chat.
- Email only reaches owners and admins; check spam.
- Delivery is best-effort. If nothing arrives, contact support.
