MarvX Assistant and contacting support

What the MarvX Assistant can see and do, its monthly message limits, how to open a support ticket from the chat or the Support page, and where the Help Center is.

MarvX Assistant

An AI support agent in the dashboard. It answers questions about MarvX and can look at the workspace you have open to diagnose problems.

It can read (within your role's access): apps and their settings, recent deployments and errors, recent app logs, domains, databases (engine, version, status, hosts, never passwords), storage usage, plan and billing usage, and team members with roles and 2FA status.

It can't:

  • change anything: it's read-only, so it can't deploy, edit settings or variables, restart apps or buy anything. It tells you which button to use.
  • see environment variable values, database passwords, tokens or other secrets. Don't paste secrets into the chat.
  • see other workspaces.

Conversations are private to you; other workspace members can't read them.

Open a support ticket

From the Assistant: when it can't solve the problem, or you ask for a person, it shows a pre-filled ticket card (subject, category, priority, summary of what it checked). Edit it if needed and confirm. Nothing is sent until you confirm; support can see the conversation that led to it.

From the Support page: /dashboard/support.

For a fast answer:

  1. Pick the closest category (deployment, build, domain, database, storage, billing, account, bug, other).
  2. Use urgent priority only for production outages.
  3. Link the app, deployment or database involved. Attachments aren't supported; paste error text instead (no secrets).
  4. Say what you expected, what happened and what you tried.

Tickets move through statuses such as open, waiting on you, on hold, solved and closed. Reply in the ticket to add details, and rate the answer when it's solved.
